Emma is moving out of our house in Katoomba so there is a room available. It is a huge amazing room, easily a double room located upstairs in a 4 bedroom house. The room is unfurnished. The rent is $110 per week (not including bills). There is unlimited internet in the house for $22.50 per month. It is a quiet house, with creative people. Would suit someone who is working or studying. Not suitable for someone who wants to have a party lifestyle. Applicants need to be reasonably clean and tidy. Smokers are okay, as long as they do this outside and not inside..You would be living with Josh, Bianca and Sarah. Josh and Bianca are a couple in their early twenties, and Sarah is Josh's younger sister in year 11 at high school. There is also a cat named Albert.. so no other pets can really work.. Albert just sleeps and naps! He won't bother :). This house is part of a duplex. The neighbours are friendly :). The house is like 5 mins walk from Katoomba high school and a 15-20 easy walk to town and the station. Whoever wants the room will have to be approved by RA Lawrence real estate in Leura. The agent Kerry is really nice, so it wont be hard to get approved if you've got a clean rental history and references. You will have to pay a bond which is $380 (4 weeks of the total house rent). The room is available when you want it , if you're keen we will just have to do the real estate stuff and then Emma will move her stuff out around what you need.
